The next generation of multi-orbit VSAT technology is here with the L3Harris Panther™ 2 Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) System.
Panther™ 2, a man-portable, tri-band, multi-modem 60 cm or 96 cm platform, now has MEO constellation tracking capability with speeds up to 155Mbps (Tx/Rx).
The Panther™ 2 uniquely allows users to access the mGS/mPOWER network with full TRANSEC capabilities in a compact man-portable system.

The O3b mPOWER satellite system, operated by SES, uses high-throughput and low-latency (HT/LL) satellites in a medium Earth orbit (MEO) to provide multiple terabits of global broadband connectivity.
The satellites’ spot beams can be shifted and scaled in real time to specifically distribute power and bandwidth to individual user’s terminals.

Traditional Panther™ 2 GEO users are able to purchase an upgrade kit to add this capability.
