The SG-7100 AC Multi-Plug Adapter Car charger can be used to supply temporary power when moving between countries.
This AC international wall power adapter provides power to the terminal via the Wall A/C Power Charger(NOT included).
The adapter does NOT reduce or convert electrical AC voltage.
NOTE# Requires the Wall AC Power Charger part# CA301011-001(which is NOT included - order separately)

The AC wall power adapter (CA301011-001) (Figure 40) connects to the power/serial cable and provides power to the terminal from 110VAC or 220VAC (50/60 Hz) outlets using 24VDC.
This is an original spare part for the SG-7100
NOTE# Requires the AC international wall power multi-plug adapter part# OEM100005 which has configurations for most international region wall AC power outlets

This connector provides I/O lines, a secondary RS-232 connection, the 1-Wire interface, and the CAN bus interface.
This cable includes a panic button that is connected to digital input port 1 on the SG-7100, a 1-Wire interface for reading a driver ID fob, and has an OBD-II interface cable for connecting to the vehicle bus of vehicles.

The DC adapter connects to the power/serial cable and provides power to the terminal from a 12 V cigarette lighter port in a vehicle.
Automotive cigarette lighter ports are either switched (powered only when the ignition is ON) or un-switched (always powered).
If possible, it is easier to use an un-switched port(or have one installed by an auto technician) so that the terminal can remain powered when the vehicle is not running.
