100-00298-01 Maxtena X16 DAT Antenna, AESA, L-band to Ka-band

Maxtenas X-16 is a Dynamic Aperture Technology based Active Electronically Scanned Phased Array (AESA).

It can be configured for LHCP or RHCP mode. It has an advanced 3-axis/6-degrees of freedom gyroscopic stabilization unit.

The X-16 provides extreme low elevation performance for extended satellite coverage.

The X-16, besides highly directional beam control, has the ability to create omni-directional pattern for quick satellite acquisition and quick dynamic reconfiguration of the network.

DAT is a scalable platform and can accommodate a wide range of frequencies and satellite networks (L-band to Ka-band). DAT software exhibits fast satellite acquisition and accurate tracking with computationally efficient algorithms.

The algorithms can be adjusted for a variety of system applications and requirements.

DAT technology employs digitally steered beams that eliminate all moving parts typically encountered in traditional systems.

DAT also features a distributed power approach that results in higher efficiency systems that have low power requirements.

Our DAT platform allows for low cost, small size, and low weight applications, which could be ideal for high-data terminals for UAV and other moving platforms.
