9.2 Prices and shipping charges may change at any time and are subject to availability.
10. Payment
10.1 Full payment must be received before dispatch.
10.2 If payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order and release any allocated stock.
11. Supply of Product
11.1 We will supply the products specified in your order confirmation.
11.2 We aim to dispatch orders as soon as practicable. Timeframes for dispatch and delivery are indicative only and may vary. No timeframes should be interpreted as guaranteed.
11.3 All delivery arrangements and limitations are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Satellite World Store is not liable for delays or carrier performance.
12. Risk and Title
12.1 Title transfers to you when full payment is received.
12.2 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or to the carrier, depending on the method selected.
13. Change of Mind Returns and Store Credit
13.1 Change of mind returns are not offered unless expressly approved at our discretion.
13.2 Any approved return must comply with the requirements set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Restocking fees may apply.
13.3 Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
13.4 Store credits, where issued, are valid for 12 months and cannot be redeemed for cash.
14. Free Gift Promotions
Free gift items are provided as goodwill extras and may not include warranty coverage. Faults or breakages in free items do not entitle you to a refund or replacement of the promotional item.
15. Statutory Conditions and Warranty
15.1 Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
15.2 Manufacturer warranty terms apply for relevant products.

17. Shipping
17.1 All shipping, delivery methods, charges and limitations are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

17.3 Delivery timeframes are indicative only. Satellite World Store is not liable for delays caused by carriers or external circumstances.
17.4 Pickup refers to collection from our nominated location during standard business hours.
18. Intellectual Property

23. Waiver
A failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. Waivers must be in writing.
